I was recommended getting a this product to improve my sleep quality. Honestly I’m very glad I listened. Designing the straps help it keep it in place. It doesn’t slide off or move over night. It’s very easy to set up and use. Very comfortable and does bother me. Worth every penny! Size it big enough for king size and made with a durable fabric.

I am delighted to share that I have finally found relief from restless legs during sleep, which is nothing short of amazing. The photo showed the mat fits entire bed but in reality it wasn’t that way deceptive advertising. I should have read information in detail and nit look at the picture shown. So I only gave 3 stars as I assumed it would civer entire king bed.

I was a bit skeptical about trying a Grounding Mat for Bed, but after a few weeks of consistent use, I’m genuinely impressed. I ordered the King size to fit under my sheets, and it lays perfectly across the mattress without bunching or slipping. The eco-friendly PU material feels durable and soft—not at all plasticky like I feared.After about a week, I started noticing deeper, more restful sleep and less stiffness in the morning. I also feel more refreshed during the day. While it’s hard to scientifically measure grounding benefits without equipment, the improvement in my sleep quality speaks for itself.

great grounding sheet!! The straps are a very nice feature. Durability is good the sleep quality is great the size is good it helps with pain relief I do recommend this item to you guys
