How to activate the battery

The battery was purchased as a second one in a set and has never been used. It does not respond to any button presses. It was fully charged for 24 hours, and I tried all of your suggested methods to bring it to life, but it still doesn't work. I need a replacement or a refund.

I have purchased 2 of these now and both have failed. The first one failed after 6 months, the second one after just 3 months. This is a garbage product and after reaching out to Godox they told me they didn't handle returns and that I would need to contact the seller. Godox should get behind their product or don't be in business. These are faulty batteries that they charge a ridiculous amount for them. They should work for the price they want for these. Do not buy these, they will fail. You have been warned. I will no longer be purchasing Godox products if they are not going to get behind them.
