I'm a contractor and have MANY vacuums....That said I was looking at the DeWalt garage wall mount one for easy use and car cleaning, its only $200 so almost went there...I saw this unit with a 30 ft hose on a retractable wheel and ended up going this direction. This is a nice and hefty unit, it is heavy so mount this properly! The lags provided are overkill though, and biggest issue for me was not having 16" on center mounting holes when sold in the USA, please, that is the standard framing spacing this mount should match...That said this is a great unit, the reacting hose works well (Dont just let it go!)Power is good for the intended purpose, and I like the accessory rack! There are a lot of options these days and some less expensive.... but if you like the features on this one you WILL be happy! It's a nice product!(I have another giraffe product, a wall mounted pressure washer - right next to this now!)I have had no issues and am really happy to have a 'cleaning station' all set up, wall mounted and ready to go any time!Great vacuum and the brand has been good for me on the 2x products I have!

The biggest hassle with maintaining the cleanliness of your vehicle is hauling out the house vacuum or a shop vac and doing the best with the wrong type nozzles. Furthermore, you have to carry the thing around to accommodate it's short hose and hope the power cord is long enough. Finding that stray French fry usually gets deferred. This unit solves a lot of those inconveniences. My first impression out of the box was, "What's with all this plastic?". Everything that was visible was made of plastic. Then I found some mounting parts that were actually made of hefty steel plate and some 3" lag bolts. The expectation was to carry the weight; it does have some in spite of all the plastic. I didn't open it up to see what was generating the weight.A template is provided for drilling the holes for the anchors and 3" galvanized lag bolts. In my case, I will not be using these bolts; I'm not sure where they could be used, possibly if you land on a stud, and if so, why the anchors. Maybe if you have concrete walls? I found them way overkill. I have downsized to 1" lag screws to penetrate my 3/4" T-111 garage walls and 2" when landing on a stud. (You do so at your own risk.) There are two mounting plates each with 4 holes; 8 1" bolts into solid wood should be sufficient. (Oddly all that strength in anchoring is arguably wasted, more on that below.) Frustratingly, if you have 16" on center walls, the template's bolt pattern allows only one of the plates to hit a stud. The accessories bracket likewise is supposed to be mounted with 3" galvanized lag bolts and anchors. Way overkill for a metal plate and a few plastic nozzles.Installation took no more than 1 hour. That is only because the instructions are rather sketchy, for example, "Press the L shape thing...". There are 9 1/4" screws that I could not find mention of but turns out they are to anchor the 4 hooks and 4 cylinders from behind the accessory bracket, the 9th is for the " L shape thing". Also, the drawings aren't very representative. I did not understand for some time that the hefty steel plate brackets merely have a slot to drop a 2" tongue on the back of the vacuum. It seemed an inadequate a connection. Lining up the plates such that the slots are aligned for the tongues to slip over is a little fussy. So do not fully tighten down the wall plates until you've tested the fit.As for the device, despite all the plastic, the suction power was acceptable after coursing through a 30 foot hose. It is retractable on a reel with a simple tug (like an air hose reel). I find that extremely efficient; I simply pull all 30 feet out and snake my way around the vehicle without any problem. The retraction spring is pretty strong so walk the hose back, don't let it go as eventually it'll break the winding guide. The fact that it is mounted on the wall means you don't ever have to carry it around and that is most welcomed. Being mounted it never has the misfortune of tipping over and shutting off. I like the capacity of 4.5 gallons; you don't have to mess with emptying the catch bin frequently. The vacuum is wet and dry making it usable for a spilled liquids. All the appropriate nozzles (6) with a wand and 2 extensions are provided with a metal mounting rack to keep it all organized. The curved wand snaps into the end of the hose and rests on the "L" shape thing when not in use. I find it hokey and wished the wand could be easily detached for storage. See the photo of my installation. These accessories, and they normally are, are all made of light weight plastic. It does have a good size waste bin that easily drops with two clasp handles for the infrequent emptying. You must pay attention to the orientation of the bin on return as it keyed to differently spaced alignment guides. The wider spaced ones belong on the right when facing the vacuum. The HEPA is a nice touch but has to be removed for wet vacuuming; a square foam insert is available as a replacement. So back to the suction power, that little French fry between the center console and the seat was gobbled up, no problem. I would have liked a remote start/stop control but that can be remedied with an after market solution, e.g. a shop dust collector remote control. This is a wonderful addition to the garage and being so convenient might make cleaning out our vehicles less of a hassle and done more frequently. However, as I seem to constantly find these days, this is overpriced. At $350 I would expect better quality and materials.

After using this wall-mounted wet/dry vacuum cleaner for a few days, I’m impressed with how much it’s simplified both garage and car cleaning. The standout feature is definitely the 30-foot retractable hose—it extends effortlessly and retracts smoothly with a gentle tug, which makes the setup and cleanup process quick and hassle-free. The suction power is strong enough to handle everything from sawdust in the workshop to debris and pet hair in car interiors. I’ve also used it for light wet cleanups, and it performed reliably without clogging or losing suction. Mounting it on the wall keeps the floor space clear, and the overall design feels solid and thoughtfully constructed. It’s a nice balance between compactness and capacity, especially for someone with limited garage storage. The vacuum comes with six nozzle attachments, which have all proven useful in different scenarios—from narrow crevices in car seats to larger floor surfaces. The lack of a remote control function hasn’t been an issue for me, since I typically work in a small enough space that accessing the unit directly is easy. Noise-wise, it’s no louder than a standard shop vac, and definitely quieter than many older wet/dry models I’ve used. Maintenance is straightforward—emptying the canister is simple, and the hose has held up well even after being dragged across rough surfaces. The color and finish is industrial-looking, blending in nicely with most garages and shops.Bottom Line: This vacuum cleaner is a great solution for anyone who wants a powerful, wall-mounted option for both dry and wet messes, especially for car detailing and garage cleanup. The long retractable hose, solid suction, and variety of nozzles make it highly functional, and while it lacks remote control, its overall performance and ease of use more than make up for it.
