My laptop doesn’t have ethernet built-in and while I have a dock with Ethernet at my studio, I needed to be able to access ethernet on the go for a certain job, but I didn’t wanna spend a ton on it because I don’t need it very often. I took a chance on this little thing and I’m so glad I did works perfectly out of the box, plug-in play. It saved my butt in a number of situations. Where I was doing wiring for friends and needed to test the connection. Speeds are good for 1000mps connectivity. It is small and super packable in my cord/dongle bag. I love that it has the USB 3.0 adapter attached because everything I own is USB C and I something need to use others systems that don't have it. Very happy that my taking a chance payed off here!

My new laptop did not come with an ethernet port ordered this to compensate for when I needed to be hardwired and I've it. Compatible with all my pcs as an it proffesional it is so nice to know that if a nic goes down on a desktop or I need to download drivers for one, I have an alternative means for getting online to fo that. I believe its well built and the connectivity and speed are both great so far. I have hardley any lag at all and thats in rural areasso far. It functions as intended and well worth ordering more for people like myself.

This is a simple dongle to go from USB to Ethernet but with an option to go from USB-C to USB. This worked fairly well, except that the adaptor to go from USB-C to USB is very easy to tug and pull out of it's seat and interrupt your network connection. So it is possible, but be sure it doesn't move. I would recommend it for tablets and other devices without CAT5 connections.

It is always a good feeling when you take a chance on a new item and it works perfectly with no hiccups or issues. This ethernet adapter plugged right into my new laptop and started blinking when I connected up the CAT-6 network cable. I was able to access my home network in seconds and I was copying and opening files in no time. The speed is much faster than wi-fi so this is going to be a big plus for getting files to and from the new laptop. I like that this adapter comes with a USB-A to USB-C adapter which makes it quite versatile.

I needed a wired Ethernet to USB adaptor for when I travel and need to work remotely and ended up selecting this one since it had a USBA & USBC option which is perfect because sometimes I need to use 2 USBC ports on my laptop for power and the other for a multiple monitor adaptor and sometimes it’s just my laptop so having the flexibility of being able to plug this in to the either type USB port was a great feature. I like that the Ethernet part is a sleek metal and feels of good quality. I also really like that the cord cover is woven and not thick plastic so it’s very flexible which is appreciated as sometimes I need to wedge these adaptors behind my laptop. This adaptor also has the led lights on the Ethernet input port so you can see how the internet traffic is flowing. This does achieve the rated MBPS rating as is advertised. I would recommend this product for the price point.

100% Plug and Play on a Windows 11 laptop. I plugged this adapter into the USB-C port of my HP laptop running the latest version of Windows 11 and t was immediately detected, drivers installed, and connected right up to my home network. I ran a speed test and got the full speed I expected to get from my internet provider. The device was recognized as a Realtek device. It's handy that it also has a USB-A adapter built in and captured so it won't get lost.

This is a standard gigabit ethernet to USB network adapter. It comes with an extra adapter that changes the native USB-C connector to USB-A. Both work very good. Solid connection. Same for the Ethernet connector. Smooth jack so that it is easy to insert and remove. A very good design! Highly recommended!
