There are a lot of colors that are very similar, and as you paint it may be hard to see the differences between them. But once you get to the end and everything is dry, you can really see everything! It’s so cute and I really do recommend this painting, but not for beginners

The picture of this set is absolutely adorable. But there are some flaws with this set:1. The paint pots are not connected to each other, which means that there’s no stability. You have to hold it in your hand while painting, otherwise it fall over when the lid is open! That’s annoying. Plus, you might misplace a paint pot because they’re all loose.2. YOU have to number the paint pots yourself!! The paint pots have numbers stamped onto them, but they don’t correspond to the numbers on the canvas! So they give you a small paper with a list of numbers, and a small sticker sheet. You have to match the numbers printed on the paint pot on the paper, and find its corresponding number. Then, peel that number sticker and stick it onto the paint pot. Very annoying, and a waste of time.3. The canvas itself is not a typical canvas material. It has a kind of rubbery texture to it. Very strange.4. The numbers on the canvas are well marked, but they are a dark pink color, which is very hard to cover up. I’ve had to go over those spots several times to ensure that the numbers aren’t showing through.5. It didn’t not come with paint brushes!!! Luckily, I do these paint by number sets all the time, so I have plenty of brushes. But shame on them!Overall, I’m happy with the set, and I look forward to seeing the finished picture. But there are a lot of flaws with this set. I would recommend it, because it’s really cute…but definitely not for someone who’s never done paint-by-number kits before.
