This is mulin 5 button 5 pin hand control switch model MLSK46-C replacement. This switch replaces mulin MLSK46-C right (left side facing). The Swith has 5 pin at the end, if it is different, it cannot be replaced.

Replaced the original with this one. Plug and play. Original faceplate was chrome, this one is bronze and is better looking with my dark brown recliner.

Got it to fix my expensive sofa recliner. Two buttons work so my feet extend, but the other two buttons will not adjust the neck/head area. At least my feet recline. 🤷♀️
