I used this to open the door of my bus. It takes some alteration and some know how with the wiring but the motor handles the task well.

I had this lift motor for a month or two before I realized that it has the socket built into the housing of the motor for the controller! It built very well it was easy to install as a replacement and is a very good value.! I cannot be more happier especially when I realize that the controller plugs right into the side of this lift motor. I cannot believe it took me two months to realize that the socket for the controller wiring was all right there ready to go. It was so easy plug and play baby!
