This heatpad is made with fire retardant material and connects using a white 2 pin connector on a roughly 25 inch cable. It is compatible with most of our heat and massage handsets and control devices. Feel free to contact customer services for more information about this product. Please do not fold or crease heating elements, and ensure that it is properly embedded within your furniture as to keep it from getting directly wet. Always be sure to turn off heat when not sitting in your chair, and do not leave your chair's heating elements active for an extended period unsupervised.

Seller said it was a 12v heater but it does not heat with 12v. Suspect it is a 120v heater. No information in package.
