This is a nice mat for the top of my antique vanity. I need something to protect the wood and this works great. It's heavy enough to lay flat and even if I curl up the edges it goes back flat. The top and underside are both finished and can be flipped over to use either side. The top is a dusty blue and the underside is silver. Its has a slight padded thickness which will protect the wooden vanity from getting dented if something drops on it.

I ordered this to protect my wood top on a credenza that I throw all my stuff on when I enter my house. Typically, it's car keys, fast food, or boxes, but this looks good. It's a nice light blue. It's vegan leather with a good non-slip back and is waterproof and dustproof. In the event of dirt or stains, it washes clean with a damp rag. It is 31.5" X 15.7".

I really like the material of this mat—it feels waterproof and seems like it will protect surfaces really well. The pink color on top is pretty not sure if it's my lighting at home but wasn't exactly the same color as the pictures in my opinion but still pretty and the bottom has a soft beige-brown surface that helps it stay in place. I’m not exactly sure what material it’s made from, but it feels durable and like it will hold up over time.One thing I really appreciate is that it comes with a little strap that wraps around the mat when you’re not using it, making it easier to store. I think that’s a really thoughtful feature because if you don’t want it laid out all the time, you can just roll it up and tuck it away neatly. Since I just unrolled it from the packaging, it does have some creases and lines in it from being folded, but I think those will go away with time.I got this mat for my vanity to prevent makeup from getting on the surface, and so far, I really like it. The size is great for covering a good amount of space, and the quality feels nice. The only downside is that the edges and corners are curled up from being folded, so it doesn’t sit perfectly flat on my vanity just yet. I had to place some weight on the edges to help smooth it out, so if you get this, just be aware that it might take some time to fully flatten.After setting it up on my vanity, I did notice that it’s actually a little too wide, but at the same time, it’s not long enough to fully cover the length of my vanity. It hangs over the edges a little bit, but that’s okay—it still serves its purpose and protects the surface. The measurement situation is clearly an oversight of my part.Overall, I’d give this 4 stars because the quality, design, and usefulness are great, and it does exactly what I needed it to do. The only things to keep in mind are that the color is a little different than expected, it might take some time to fully flatten after unpacking, and depending on your vanity design, it might be a little too big in certain places and a little too small in others, so make sure to measure beforehand. Besides that, it’s a really nice mat.

Let's face it, guys, sharing a bathroom with three females can be a hazardous experience. My wife and two daughters, bless their hearts, are like a tornado when it comes to makeup. Foundation, mascara, lipstick – you name it, it ends up everywhere. So, when I saw this Makeup Mat for Vanity Top Protector, I figured it was worth a shot. Maybe, just maybe, it could bring some peace to our bathroom.The mat itself is pretty simple. It's basically a big rectangle of this soft, leather-like material. One side is smooth, the other has a bit of texture. It's a nice shade of blue, which adds a bit of color to the vanity. But the real selling point is that it's supposed to be waterproof and oilproof. In my house, that's a necessity.So far, it's holding up pretty well. The girls have put it through the wringer – spills, smudges, you name it. But a quick wipe with a damp cloth, and it's good as new. No more stained countertops or frantic scrubbing. I even caught my youngest using it as a makeshift drawing pad with some markers, and even those came right off.The size is good too. It's big enough to cover most of the vanity top, so there's plenty of room for all their makeup stuff. And it stays in place pretty well, doesn't slide around when they're digging through their makeup bags.The only thing I'm not crazy about is that it shows every little speck of dust. Maybe it's the color, but I find myself wiping it down more often than I'd like. But hey, that's a small price to pay for a cleaner bathroom.Overall, I'm pretty happy with this makeup mat. It's durable, easy to clean, and it's definitely saving our vanity from a lifetime of makeup mayhem. Plus, it seems to have brought a bit more harmony to the bathroom routine. And for a dad in a house full of women, that's priceless.

Seems to be a good table mat. I use these for the part of my desk that I build things on to provide a nice color contrast with parts in use (as most of them aren't this shade of blue).This particular one has no edge stitching, which is interesting.

Shipping took a really long time but it came well packaged and laid flat right away. The color is spot on to the ad. It doesn’t move around it stays on my desk. I do a lot of crafts and I have gotten glue stuck on my desk and knife gouges so I wanted something to cover that and also protect it from myself. It’s easy to wipe down and glue comes right off easily too. No paint chips anymore. Definitely keeps the area nice and clean.
