I am genuinely disappointed in the quality of the Flashpoint Flash Tube for XPLOR 300 Pro Flash Head that I purchased on two separate occasions. Unfortunately, both items failed to operate as expected, which was highly disruptive to my professional photography work.Upon opening the package, I noticed a conspicuous dark area on the flash tubes, suggesting a quality control issue prior to dispatch. These products were supposed to be used for repairing a strobe light needed for several wedding events, but they proved to be entirely non-functional, causing significant inconvenience.The faulty products forced my team and me into a difficult position, making us resort to renting equipment to ensure that we could successfully fulfill our commitments. Not only did this lead to unexpected costs, but it also resulted in an extra layer of hassle during our busiest periods.Additionally, it's worth noting that as an international buyer based in Jamaica, I had to bear additional costs for returning the first defective item by mail to the United States. Both times I purchased the flash tube, I had to pay hefty customs charges and shipping fees to have the items delivered to Jamaica. The fact that both items turned out to be defective essentially means that these significant expenses were incurred for no productive outcome.My experience with the Flashpoint Flash Tube for XPLOR 300 Pro Flash Head has been unsatisfactory, to say the least. My team and I expected a reliable and efficient product, but we were left grappling with avoidable inconveniences and unnecessary expenses.In conclusion, I cannot recommend this product based on my experience.
