I'm giving this one three stars, assuming that homes with lower water pressure would be more satisfied.With high water pressure, this shower head does things a showerhead shouldn't. (below in my list of "What I do not like").What I like ~• For this price, you get a shower head with three water patterns, a variable on/off switch, the hose, a wall mount, and the connector to your water pipe is also a mount. On paper, that is a pretty good value.• I have not used a showerhead with little scrubby fingers before. It's for your back and it's a nice feature.• Includes several filters.What I do not like ~• Does not include Teflon tape or gaskets. The instructions say to get them yourself (see pic). I did and it still leaks.• The perch attached to the pipe does not grip the showerhead tightly. Since the shower head doesn't weigh a lot, water pressure is enough to turn the showerhead random directions, spraying water where you don't want it to.• No instructions were provided for the wall guide mount. I immediately broke this by peeling off what I thought was a temporary plate (see pic).• This shower head does not include a restrictor to comply with water conservation laws. It may get tagged during a home inspection in certain areas.

The shower head is made out of a plastic material instead of stainless steel. This means that it is not as durable for the long term, and you also want to be extra careful not to drop it while installing it, as well as not to tighten it too hard so that you do not result in mis-threading it. While the hose is stainless steel, it is painted, which seems like with longer term use, it could come off.ProsComes with extra filters and seems like the filters really work as it feels different and as if it softens the water straight from the get goAmazing water pressure, really amps up our base pressure and gives a better shower qualityHas a waterfall mist, basic spray, and deep pressure spray 3 speed optionsThe massage brush on the shower head is a nice addition - it can be used for massaging the shoulders or back, but can also work as a detangler in the hairConsDoes not come with teflon tape for installationIt leaks some from the mount even after using our own teflon tape, while our other stainless steel handle shower head does notThe shower head holder is not adjustable, so where it sprays at you is the only direction it can spray in (which happens to be too high up for me [a very short woman] and it sprays in my face unless I pick it up off the holder and only use it hand held)The need to replace filters could get difficult if they ever stop making the filter typeWe have not used the added wall mount yet as we are renting this place and it looks like you only get one chance to place it. We previously bought a suction cup shower handle mount from amazon and we like that this one is more versatile to move and place as often as you like.Overall, it works well. Looks pretty good. For the price it is a pretty reasonable buy with a fairly easy installation.
