Shortly after this began to be used, this nice looking item has not been working for calling out. I accidentally dialed past the finger stop, and cannot get the dial working properly. I still receive calls just fine.

I love this phone. The workmanship and details are beautiful. I took off one star because my phone has a slight buzzing. However, I can hear well on the phone. I reached out to the seller about my issue and they gave me excellent customer service. They made a suggestion to correct the problem, or said I could return the phone if I preferred. They also refunded me $10.00 to purchase a splitter. They asked me if 10.00 was acceptable or tell them what I thought was fair. I acceptable the $10.00 refund (the cost of a splitter) I would buy from this seller again.
