I tried this towel poncho for the first time yesterday after a quick dip in our pool. Not only is it absorbent but it was very warm which was nice because our pool was not warm. This thing had me dried off and warm in like a minute. And it didn't feel like I was wearing a wet poncho for the next hour. I'm going to have to buy more of these! The fabric is nice feeling and is absorbent and it's the perfect poolside or beach accessory. Especially love how someone else mentioned in the comments that you can easily change underneath it and it's true, it's roomy enough we're even me at 5 ft 4 in and 200 lb can change clothes underneath it. I needed this in my life sooner!

This surf poncho/changing robe has been a great find. The material is super soft—kind of like wearing a giant microfiber towel—but without the weird clingy feeling that microfiber sometimes has on dry skin. It feels cozy without grabbing at you.The length is perfect, hitting right around my knees, which gives great coverage for changing. It’s roomy and comfortable, and the snaps under the sleeves are a nice touch. I prefer wearing it with the sleeves looser, but I can see how tightening them could be great for anyone wanting a bit more modesty or warmth.Construction-wise, it looks solid. The seams are clean and well done—no issues there.Overall, I’m really happy with it. It’s simple, well made, and does exactly what I hoped it would.

Only summer outfit you’ll ever need! Life hack: buy a beach poncho. Never leave the house… or go to the beach, either.This is the perfect thing to wear IF you’re looking for: a bathrobe, but without the hassle of tying it; a towel, but it stays on; a hoodie, but one you don’t have to wear pants under; a dress, except it’ll dry you off too….Look no further. Why wear anything else around the house. I’m going to sleep in it too. One less blanket I’ll have to use tonight.Super comfy! Very well made!!

This surf poncho strikes a great balance between comfort, function, and affordability. The material is soft to the touch and impressively absorbent, making it ideal for warming up right after getting out of the water. At 6'1", I appreciate the length; it's long enough to change comfortably without any concerns about coverage.Another plus: after a wash, it air-dried in under an hour, which is both convenient and practical for regular use.The only drawback I've noticed is with the snaps under the arms. They don't feel especially secure in how they're attached to the fabric. To avoid stressing the material, I take care to position my fingers close to the snap and use my fingernail to gently release it. It’s a small issue, but something to be mindful of.Overall, this is a well-designed and functional poncho, especially at its $19.99 price point. It delivers excellent value for what it offers.

I almost didn’t get this poncho because I thought it was made of that super thin microfiber and wouldn’t work very well. Boy, am I glad I decided to give it a try. Not only does it fit my almost 6-foot frame, turns out it’s actually terry cloth. This poncho is so comfortable, I could wear it all day – even if I’m soaking it with sweat because it’s hot outside. The poncho isn’t great at offering any kind of the cooling that presumably comes with microfiber material. The pocket is huge and holds anything I need it to hold.Overall, it might not look pretty, but I would live in this poncho -- except it has to be washed sometime.

I was a little skeptical ordering this as I have had these before that weren’t thick enough or soft. Wow, I am impressed. The weight is just right. I know that it is polyester but the weight and feel is just like a French terry towel. It is truly one size fits all. I think anyone from 5 ft tall and up could wear it, it is the perfect length on me being 5 ft 10 inches. I know the entire family will be wanting this at the beach this summer. With something like this I don’t know that you would need a towel otherwise, but will definitely be nice to put on after a full day in the sun. Also the weight of it is really nice for a dryer - not too thick so won’t take forever to dry. The navy color is really nice, I would recommend this.

My wife and I recently got back into swimming at the gym this past winter. Since it was so cold at night when we swim, we came up with the bright idea of showing up in swim parkas like our high school days. No more changing into our swimsuits at the gym when we arrive. Since we don't like showering at the gym either, just towel off, zip up and we're off in seconds after our workout. Easily shaved needless time at the gym by 20-30 min. Now that it's warmer outside, we were looking for an alternative. In comes the surf poncho.It's basically a warm weather appropriate swim parka. Thick enough microfiber to be absorbent and warm for the sun starts to set if worn at the beach. Thin enough to not be too hot with short "sleeves" and big arm holes for ventilation. The arm holes have buttons to make the hole smaller just in case your side boob wants a little extra privacy. The length and spaciousness make it easy to change your shorts/bikini bottoms. The hood is nice and big but the neck hole borders on being a touch small for me and my big head. The slits at the bottom make it so there's plenty of room below the knees to change or take really long steps. The front pocket is deep enough that if you had your phone in it, it won't just slide out.If you ever lounge around the house in a snuggie in the cold months, this would definitely be comfy to lounge around in when it starts to get warmer.
