Our ESG959 is built on a modern stator core and only the highest grade copper wire is used for the windings. All windings are installed using modern computer controlled winding equipment to ensure the highest possible quality and perfect winding tightness. ElectroSport then installs high quality lead wires that offer very chafe and temperature resistant insulation, the best quality rubber seals, insulation coatings and connectors to make this ESG959 a plug in replacement stator. The ultra high magnetic conductivity of the core material coupled with the low resistance in the reconfigured winding results in the very high efficiency that this stator offers. It also means that this stator runs very cool which drastically improves reliability. Our ESG959 stator offers superior performance and reliability compared to the OEM stator. High quality product at a great price. A little smaller than the OEM but stronger as it outputs 14+ volts with ease. I am installing it on a 2006 Triumph Sprint ST. You will need a little RTV where the connector exits the stator but it's a piece of cake to install and much easier than doing a mod to bring up your voltage. Powersport Superstore in Texas packages the items well and ships fast. They must have good relations with UPS because I got the item sooner than expected. Amazon, ElectroSport, PowerSport Superstore, and UPS hitting on all cyclinders with this product. Very satisfied!
