Your cart is empty.ESG744 is a very high quality stator that replaces the OEM stator in the CBR600F4i models between 2001 and 2006. ElectroSport manufactures the ESG744 stator using a high quality core and the highest grade copper wire for the windings. A slightly reconfigured winding configuration from stock and the high magnetic conductivity of the new stator core result in vastly improved efficiency compared to stock. Our ESG744 stator offers a flat output across the RPM range and it also runs much cooler than the stock stator, which drastically improves reliability. We install very high grade lead wires that feature heat and chafe resistant insulation and high quality rubber seals and insulation coatings making this stator a plug in replacement of the OEM unit. Like all stators manufactured by ElectroSport, this ESG744 also comes with a full one year warranty.

Installed this and found the length of wiring that is on the inside of the engine case is longer than the stock part by about a half inch.This made it VERY difficult to install the hold down that keeps the cable in place, and left me uncertain whether the wiring/cable is interferring with the Gear that sits above it.Bike ran fine before installing this, other than lack of charge, but after installing this part, it will not start.engine turns, fuel is good, but no spark...Now I'm left needing to look into whether this is interferring with that gear, which I believe attaches to the shaft that connects to the Pulse generator gear on the other side of engine..Either way, I'm looking at - at the minimum, another oil change and 2 new gaskets.... Potentially another Stator that actually fits and or a new pulse generator.. :(Disappointed. This should not state that's its a replacement if the wiring does not fit correctly.
