Got this for a 2013 Mustang and boy what a pain in the A##. If you end up getting this part it will work but it's cheap and low quality. You will have to put a new clip on it because the one that's on this doesn't hold and grip the rod. So what I did is take the one off the old part and put it on this one. To answer anyones Question if this will work ? Yes it will but it's not the same quality as the old part. Not sure how long it's going to last.

For a f150 perfect fit less than 30 min to put in just make sure that the wires in the door jam are not the problem. I installed it someone else diagnosed it. After installing it same problem so I looked at the wire harness in the door jam and found four broken wires.
