Had it two years now for woods and sup'air paintball. I'm old school so was a bit apprehensive at using a mask that wasn't by JT but I love it and I'm really glad I got it. Only gripe is the peak doesn't clip in properly and the rubber fins that fit into the grooves to hold it in place come out very easily. That said, the peak has never actually fallen off so it's not a real problem. I'd buy this again but not at the current price of £60 here when it's £37 elsewhere in the UK.

A great helmet. Really comfy on my face and doesn’t move around. Great for first pair of goggles.

These are cheap, have a thermal lens and fit nicely. The bottom of the mask is a bit short leaving a bit of the sides of the face exposed, but time will tell how this all works out. I was sweating a lot, dripping inside the mask, A LOT, and not once did they fog up. Played all day in the sun in 80 degree weather and it was pretty hot in the mask, but considering all that, it was as clear as can be. Took a head shot and had to wipe it off, but again, it was clear and without fog. Best bang for your buck.

I saw in a video that this product was a great lens in a basic mask. That phrase really holds up in this case. The lens won't fog up but the foam and rubber won't keep you comfortable either. If you're tired of renting masks and are looking for something cheap this is the way to go. If you'll be playing every weekend and want to stay comfortable I would recommend the JT flex 8 mask. Still a great lens though.

Black mask does not have side vents and has LESS front vents than older model. Older model with thermal lens FAR SUPERIOR to this mask. I bought this mask and use it for parts for my old mask (extra lens, band, plastic locks, etc). If you only use as parts, great buy.Foam: harder but thick. I don't like the foam too soft like on eflex. After a lot of sweat the foam on this mask holds up!Face protection: some side jaw exposedField vision: as good as any. Really the nose piece area blocks all masks from better views.Vents: horrible on new model, excellent on old model (pictured). Get your hands on the older model with side vents and upgrade lens and you have an awesome mask that takes a licking and keeps on ticking

Wore this mask at Invasion of Normany 2014, which is basically a weekend long paintball event in the hundred degree summer in July in the humid forest of Pennsylvania. There is a difference between a dry heat and a humid heat, the humid heat in the forests of ION will drench you in sweat and after hours of playing intense paintball, the foam will be soaked. Fortunately, none of the sweat got in my eyes and most importantly, it didn't fog up. Most people fog up when they get moisture inside their mask and combine it with heat, I had both since I was sprinting and fighting in the deadly heat for hours. I was actually extremely impressed for the price. My only complaint is that you absolutely need a microfiber or it'll get smudged and blurry fast. When you get the mask, make sure you peel the protective film on the front AND the back off. You'll have to take the tabs off as instructed and make sure the lens clicks when you lock it back in place. Everything is pretty durable and rubberized so don't worry about breaking it.

I haven't played paintball in a few years and I knew I didn't want to use a rental mask. I researched masks online and learned what to look for. This mask wasn't expensive as some of the other masks online but looked just as cool and didn't fog up. The thermal goggles worked very well. We started playing in the morning when the temperature was about 35 and later got up to about 60. In that time there was maybe a tab of fog but nothing to truly complain about. There was a guy on the field that had a set of Sly Profits who was really liking my mask.I would say this mask if for anyone wanting to start up in paintball and not be concern with lenses fogging up. Good price and great quality.

i am a beginner paintballer and bought these goggles. these goggles are great and work well! it does not show in pic but they have an extremely comfortable chin strap. also it has a little bit of gel like material on the strap that keeps it fitting comfortably. very breathable and does not fog up. would reccomend this mask to anybody that wants good quality for a cheap price.

So this isn't a great mask, but it is definitely worth the price. it uses the same lenses as the the Empire Vents, so it will be easy to replace them, unlike say the cheaper jt or viewloader masks. its decently comfy, not as much as like a more expensive mask, like the Empire E-vents, but definitely has a lot more ventilation than the others, so its really easy to breathe and talk through, and also is prone to less fogging at less than a quarter of the price. The mask itself is not soft and rubbery like high end masks, so its not as light. But its not hard plastic like cheap ones, so it doesn't weigh a ton. It's a really nice in between.I bought this mask on amazon instead of using Ultimate Paintball's website for the "free shipping". on the website it is 5 bucks cheaper but you have to pay like 10 bucks for shipping, so it is smarter just to buy on amazon. but the downside is they used FedEx smartpost, which basically ships through the the USPS so it took about 6 business days to get to me. this wasnt a problem, and i dont mind since me and the seller saved money. So all in all this is a decent mask for rec play. No, possibly the BEST mask you can get in this price range. the only thing that really competes is the Empire Vidar mask, onlybecause it is lighter, but it cost twice as much as this one.
