About this item

  • Dual Color Versatility For Any Emergency – Choose bright colors for visibility or camouflage for stealth, ensuring safety no matter your needs. Unlike competitors single-color tents, ours give you the flexability to adapt to your environment.
  • All-Weather Protection – Stay warm in the cold and cool in the heat with a durable, heat-reflective mylar tent. Waterproof and wind-resistant, it shields you from harsh elements, keeping you safe and ready. Use it as an emergency blanket as well!
  • Ultra-Compact, Yet Roomy – Packs down to just 3"x6", making it easy to carry in your backpack or clip on with a carabiner. When needed, it expands to fit two adults, giving you space to sit up and stay sheltered in an emergency.
  • Fast & Hassle-Free Setup – Unlike other tents, ours includes lightweight plastic stakes, so you don’t have to search for rocks in bad weather or emergencies. Lighter than steel, these stakes and the sturdy nylon paracord keep your tent secure and stable, no matter the conditions.
  • Be Heard When It Matters – The included high-pitched emergency whistle reaches up to a mile, cutting through wind and wilderness noise so rescuers can find you faster in an emergency.

This is okay for the price, but not great. The "tent" is large and lightweight, but it is so lightweight and thin that the material rips by hand extremely easily. It would be good to have on hand if hiking and you're not expecting anything to go wrong, but want to be prepared just in case. Because this is more than likely a one use item (though there are two of them). There are no instructions on how to set it up, so be sure to research how to set up an emergency tarp shelter before you end up needing it. The included paracord does appear to be a good quality. Make sure to also know the knots you'll need! Nothing like being in a situation where you need this and your shelter keeps falling on you!

This is an amazing emergency tent kit. I keep this with me in my car just in case because you never know it can easily fit two people inside. It has ample room. It’s tear resistance and it’s really quick assembly. It does have durable stakes that you can hammer into the ground or push if you have enough strength it even comes with a whistle which I thought was funny, but you never know You can turn it inside out, so it can repel heat away or preserve heat inside which is crucial in an emergency situation. The best part is that’s ultra compact and super lightweight. This is a good quality emergency tent that I’d recommend for anybody to have especially if you like doing outdoor stuff.

I love how lightweight these little tents are—they will be perfect for hiking. The green is meant for camouflage, and the orange is good for when you're lost. Both tents are lined with reflective foil that is supposed to keep you warm with your own body heat. These tents come with emergency whistles and a carabiner. The two pieces of the whistle separated when I was pulling the tent out. I got them back together, but I'm a bit worried about losing the whistle piece while out hiking. I also wish the carabiner was a bit sturdier. Overall, I think these tents are great for emergencies.

We've kept this in the car after trying it out. Worked great and had little struggle with set up. It won't replace our full size tents, but it's perfect to keep in the car just in case there's ever an issue and we can't get home.

Great emergency tent to keep just in case. Threw it in my day bag as a "better to have and not need" type thing. Lightweight, doesn't take up much space, and does what it's intended to do. Definitely recommend.

This is so useful and compact! Great to have in the car as an emergency option. In the event something were to happen, this is an easy option to help with shelter. Great for the kiddos too (non emergency use) to have something easy to build for an outdoor excursion.

Probably my own fault for not reading in detail but this isn't a tent, it's basically a couple "space blankets" that you tie up to create a "tent" with. I can tell you from my own experience in the Army that "space blankets" (mylar blankets) are not helpful, at least they weren't for me in extreme cold temps. I guess in this situation a "something is better than nothing" approach is needed but I wouldn't buy these to stick away and rely on for an emergency situation. If you have time to prepare and stick away, then find something a little better. This is just based on my experience and my review of this item. Hope this was helpful...
