I was actually really loving this pan after I tried it the first time and fully thought I was going to be giving it 4 or 5 stars. Except I used it a few more times before writing the review and ended up having to throw it away… the coating is literally coming off of this in flakes already. I was really confused how and after reading the description it just says “the titanium coating gives the APPEARANCE of longevity”…. WHAT?!?!It really is a shame because I loved how well it kept the eggs round for breakfast sandwiches and I even made individual serving omlet cupsFor the kids that the loved. But I can’t in good conscience recommend this unfortunately.

Ha! This is a very useful pan! I initially ordered it for making my son's school lunch, because I put different items in his lunch box and needed separate compartments for cooking them. Of course, you can use it to make omelets for burgers, patties, pancakes, etc. But yesterday, I decided to make rice burger "buns" with this pan.I put some oil in it and spread it with the brush that came with it. I used too much rice, so it was a bit too thick, but it came out perfectly! Both sides were nice and sort of crispy; I flipped them a few times to make them crispy the way I liked. The center "corner" in each compartment part makes it easy to slide the included spatula to flip the rice! It was an experiment, so I only made two rice "buns," but I will definitely make some more again soon. Great buy, and I definitely recommend it!

Overall, this is a nice pan. It's a nice compact size and has a hanging hole, which makes it easy to store. It also has a good non-stick coating. I didn't have any problems with anything sticking to it. The first time I used it, I put eggs in two of the cups and poured a small amount of pancake batter into the other two to make mini pancakes. It cooked both very nicely and neither one stuck to the pan. However, I have to take a star off, because the listing showed it as easy to flip. I found it to be anything but easy to flip the eggs or the pancakes, even with a very flexible, thin silicone spatula. The wells are so deep that it's hard to get the spatula blade in and underneath the egg or pancake. Next time I use it, I'm going to try putting a large round platter over the whole thing and flipping it that way. But I shouldn't have to.

First up, the only assembly required is attaching the handle to the frying pan. It takes only 1 screw which is included. The included silicone basting brush and silicone mini spatula are very nice quality. The included cleaning sponge is nonabrasive and works well on this coated pan. I like this pan because I am a real fan of sunny side eggs and this pan cooked my egg perfectly without having to flip the egg. I sometimes dived up my breakfast in the pan and cook it all together. I will often use 2 cups for my eggs. 1 additional cup to hold my spinach and the final cup I use for my Canadian bacon. It’s quick, it’s easy and I’m only using 1 pan. The pan has a good solid feel to it and the nonstick surfaces are very nice quality making cooking and cleaning up after, fast and easy.

Worked good for egg muffins but wish it had a cover to cook them faster on top. The pan is square and can’t be covered by any round lid. I enjoyed using it but had to flip the muffins onto another flat pan to cook the top. I also noticed some peeling on the edges and back side of pan after first use.

This is such a cool pan. It was a little smaller than I thought it would be, but that’s not a bad thing. My kids love the perfect eggs and the smaller pancakes. The cool thing I can make them both at the same time. For myself, I made an egg, some frozen hash browns and some bacon in the same pan. No oil or butter required, nothing sticks to this pan. Clean up is so easy, wipe out with a paper towel, wash and put away. I love it. My kids love it. Great product.
