Do not waste your money with the single axis stand. The one I bought the control box shorted out. And the one I got as a replacement will not track. After hooking up the power box all it does is start the go back to flat. I don't know about the dual axis stand but the single axis is garbage. Eco Worthy really needs to fix the control box

It requires 12 volts of power to run the controller.

Instructions can be little confusing at certain points. I had to take it back apart to correct the error I made when first assembled the tilt motor. It was on the opposite side as per instructions.

Hello all. Just got this tracker set-up and running. Had some initial problems until I realized the panels have to be EXACTLY 90 degrees to the sun!! On this tracker I had to set-up the elevation myself. Got a $10 aimer and made the adjustment. WOW! This thing works great. Lowering the elevation also unshrouded the sunlight sensor. I cannot say THANK-YOU enough to Eco-Worthy tech support (Dante) for all the help. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this tracker. Take your time with set-up, you will be rewarded.

I am so amazed by quality of this product. I bought 6 and have put one together. Will buy another. The quality is really the finest I've ever seen. The Chinese have now surpassed American and German quality and deserve congratulations. This is very heavy built. The instructions are excellent -- almost foolproof. You do have to be mindful when you put the first piece on the center pole of directionality NS because it's not explained. If you get that off, it's very hard to undo the bolts to fix it. The only other minor item is the bolts holding the controller to the center pole don't thread -- wrong size apparently. But given the excellent quality of workmanship, hardware, instructions and that it's cool to watch it move, I could not be happier. Thank you for a great product! As far as wind is concerned the solution is to make wind breaks, such as walls or a mesh fence, not that hard or expensive

The system itself is great but do not expect to get any major replacement parts for it. Had a unseen accident to our controller(vandalism). and was unable to get replacement. Contacted Eco-worthy and was told- we don't sell parts individually. So I suppose their electronics are suppose to last forever. Very disappointed that now I have to find a different company and make it work with our system. Eco-worthy could do better. Would not recommend based solely on the fact that they don't supply replacement parts for their own systems. UPDATE!!!! Called a different Number that was posted on Controller manual and got a excellent customer service representative that put me in touch with another Email to contact Eco-Worthy who immediately rectified my situation! Sending a new controller and was very easy to work with. Will definitely use Eco-worthy for all my solar from now on!!!!!!!

Could not have been easier to install, which is rare. The instructions were as simple as could be. What made it really easy was each step had their own numbered bag of nuts and bolts and whatnot. Plugged it in and it started tracking. Really pleased and surprised this worked as well as it does and installed as easy as it did. The only thing I would suggest is writing the direction some of the pieces have to point. I had to flip one around but it was a single bolt to remove the piece. Very easy.UPDATE: Bought a 2nd one but the tracking is poor. Won't go back to flat when it loses the sun like it's supposed to. Contacted the seller but they ignored me and failed to respond.UPDATE 2: Eco-worthy has been working with me. They have sent out at least 6 replacement control boxes. Finally got one that worked. One is still not functioning but at least they're trying. I have to assume it's a simple programming issue. How or why it got messed up in production is beyond me. The tracker is not returning to the locked position once it loses the sun, and because of that, if it is stillpointed westward the next morning, it does not start tracking until nearly noon. Maybe a better light sensor that has a "wider field of view" would solve it.
