These leggings were great last year. Until dog decided to jump up and nail snagged them and put a little hole in them. They could of been a little thicker so when you bend over you dont see through them. But they were cute!

When I order workout attire I do so because of the colors, design, and cost. I read reviews and descriptions and try to discern durability and functionality. However, there is no real way to determine the latter. Once I make the decision, I order and hope for the best. These leggings caught my attention because of the red, white, and blue patriotic design. I wanted them to wear to the gym for patriotic holidays and the Olympics. When I wore them I did receive many positive and flattering comments. The fabric is buttery soft with colors that appear true to the ad. There is some support, but not as much as I like for a workout. They are a bit long on me, but I am petite so that is not really a draw back. They do not ride up or down, and there is adequate stretch with no anatomical distortions. They appear well constructed with what appears to be serged seams on the inside with no top stitching. However, the biggest draw back for me is while they stretch they do so at a cost; the colors do fade and the stitching in the legs becomes increasingly visible as the stretch increases during a workout. Initially this caused me some concern, but they held up well during one vigorous workout. I am not sure how much stress the seams can tolerate over time. There are no pockets; even though this is not a deal breaker for me, others may find it so. I will continue to wear these to the gym but will do so on days when a lower intensity workout is on the agenda, although I am not sure if I would order from this company again.Top 3 Likes:-Buttery soft, thick, opaque fabric-Some compression-Bright, patriotic red, white, and blue designTop 3 Dislikes:-Design distorts and seams stretch to the point of becoming worrisome during a workout-No pockets (no problem for me but may be for some)-Fearful to wear for an intense, vigorous workout

I have two designs of this style. I loved the first pair I got with the stars on one leg (r) and the horizontal stripes on the other (l). I ordered a second pair with the diagonal alternating stars and stripes design.I am 5'6" and way 143 lbs and the medium fit perfectly. They 12% spandex so they have a nice support and stretch.I got my first pair a week after July 4th and wore them to a exercise class. When I was checking in someone said to me looking at my pants, that was last week. I said I am an American everyday.My new kick is wearing patriotic things at any time of the year. Even these pants that really stand out.What is wrong with being proud to be an American and to feel blessed to have been born and to live in this great country. People wear their favorite sports teams apparel all year long because they like and support their team.I like and support my country everyday not just on the Fourth of July!. I even have a pair of shorts - I got at Dollar General - that have the stars on one leg and the stripes on the other. I get lots of compliments when I wear those. I am not embarrassed or ashamed of my country or the American Flag!Wear patriotic apparel throughout the year!
