We're building a new home & got 2 of these for the construction site. We were extremely disappointed that one of them arrived really bent up & extremely hard to assemble (almost like it may have been previously used & returned?). What was good & bad about this was the pipe above the butt can. Most others were plastic & could melt easily, but this one was metal; however, it was wide open on top that will allow rain to easily get into the butt can, causing a wet stinky mess to clean out later. We have no intention on keeping this after our home is built, since we don't smoke. For the price, we were expecting much better quality, though!!

The description says ALL Metal galvanized… NOPE! As the others, the cylinder part is plastic and can catch on fire…Giving it 4stars due to the custom service.

This is a very nice disposal for cigarette butts. The base is very large and won’t require frequent emptying. East to clean out. Only thing that would be nice is if it had a ring welded on it to secure with a chain and padlock. Would be easy to steal as is.

The product is good and serve it's purposes. But it is quite difficult to remove and clear the content. Luckily it doesn't need to be cleared frequently.

I ordered this product for my company. We had a plastic cigarette receptacle previously, and people would toss their butts in without making sure the flame was gone. Numerous times it caught fire and melted. I advised my superiors on getting a new one, and they were worried about the price. I found this one for under $115.00 shipped, and they were ecstatic. The estimated delivery date was 8/21/12, and it just arrived (8/6/12), over two weeks ahead of schedule.The metal tube unscrews for quick emptying, and the all-steel body and tubing will prevent any future fires from destroying the can. The "Hazard Yellow" also makes it easily noticeable sitting in front of our building. We are so pleased, we're thinking of ordering more for our store, and possibly our other two locations as well. I can't say how happy I am that it shipped so quickly, and that such a high-quality product was so affordable. We are definitely looking forward to continuing our business with this seller.
