Well, my dog loves this ball but it quit vibrating after about 10 minutes of play. It’s charged up, light comes on, but no movement. I am so disappointed and the dog doesn’t understand.UPDATE: i returned for replacement because my dog actually whimpered when it wouldn't move anymore.... So, hoping the first one was just a dud and this new one will make it all better. Return process was simple and quick. Will update once new one arrives.
