Great product- arrived quickly, installs in a snap. Solid - doesn't flex or bend.I purchased the PASSENGER RIGHT SIDE LOWER MIRROR, and it comes as one piece, ready to snap in easily into the mirror housing in my 2019 RAM 2500 Diesel 6.7 truck.NOTE: Does not come with installation instructions. So if you can't figure this out, here you go:Step 1: Remove from shipping package.Step 2: Orient mirror side out, black plastic ring pointed in.Step 3: Push hard in the center until is snaps into place.Step 4: Use your hand to angle the mirror as needed.Hope this helps!

I read some negative reviews, I compared the old one to the one I ordered, they are identical down to the type of plastic they are made with.If you take your time, make sure it’s pressed in all the way, align your tabs, it’s perfectly fine, doesn’t wobble, I swiped my mirror on one of my trees in the woods, really glad to find this piece instead of having to buy all new mirrors.

4th Gen Ram trucks have two different mounting styles for the same size and shape mirror. I had the wrong style, so I peeled the glass off this mount and moved it to my OEM mount - that part worked fine with a little assistance from a heat gun. However, when trying to re-install on the truck, the amount of pressure required to get the OEM mounting clips to lock into place was enough to break the glass. This is why I'm rating it 1-star, the glass is extremely thin if I was able to put my thumb through it with the small amount of pressure required when re-installing. Waste of time and money. Seller should call out the two mounting styles and compatibility to alert buyers beforehand.
