I bought this item for my daughter who is currently in college. Instead of usung it as a baby guard I used it at the head of her bed to make a makeshift headboard. This was very easy to attach to the bed and was very sturdy the entire year. She did say she gad to adjust it every now and then but it held up the entire year and we are planning on using it again next year.

This is very easy to use and assemble and I feel much safer using this. It’s quite sturdy, folds easily, and works well for our family. We are able to use this on a toddler bed as well as a twin sized bed very easily as we transition to a larger bed, if that helps you determine whether the length works for your needs.

I ordered the #Dream on Me Fisher-Price Little Naps Bed Rail for Toddlers in Grey, Suitable for All Types of Beds, No Tool Assembly for Toddler Bed Rail for my almost 5-year-old grandson to use when he comes over to sleep. The bed rail is the perfect size and height for him. As the bed rail is for his safety and it is very sturdy it gives us the peace of mind, we need that he will not fall off the bed or get hurt when he is asleep. The bed rail is nice as it is easy to install or take off and store when we have adult guests sleepover. It is a good value for the cost. I am very happy with this product, and I highly recommend it.

Perfect size for the side of my toddler's twin size bed. We had another one that we replaced this with, and the difference is night and day. This one is so much sturdier, easier to maneuver, and I feel safer with him sleeping in it than the other one. It is super easy to put up and take down when not in use. Would definitely recommend!!

This safety bed rail is sturdy and has a reinforcement strap which is nice. I like that the railing can swing down and also fold for storage. I tried another railing on the twin bed and it didn't come up high enough with our thick mattress so couldn't use it. This one comes up high enough. It is pretty small end to end, but I did know the measurements when I ordered it. If you have a young child on a regular twin bed, it won't help much if they change positions a lot and end out farther down the bed.I have two problems with this railing:1. It doesn't work well on the bed I need it for, which is a bunk bed that uses a bunkie board - or slat board (it's the bottom bunk, but a toddler sleeps on it). It slides out way too easily.2. Because it doesn't slide under the mattress well and stay under because of the board along the base of the bed, the part of the railing where the bar attaches is right where my toddler gets out of bed and hits her leg on it.For a regular bed with a box spring and a child sleeping in it who doesn't require much length to the railing, this would work well.

I have an adjustable mattress that can put the head or feet up. This is not made for that and constantly slips out from placement. Would work well for stationary bed
