I have Dr. Brown Sterilizer and Dryer machine and it requires this filter to be changed every 6 months for it to work to its full potential. It is very easy to change the filter make sure the appliance is unplugged, and make sure the pull tab is on top. I love this filter and would recommend to new mamas who is using the Dr. Brown sterilizer and dryer machine.
