Cute hat but like most people said it comes rolled up and so the edges of the hat are flimsy and won’t wavy. And it’s hard to bend back out like the picture since it’s not bendable wire.

I should have paid attention to other reviewers. Hat came totally folded up and terribly creased. It would take greater effort than I'm willing to make to get it wearable. It's worth donating for someone with more skill and the willingness to put in the effort to fix. Lastly, and to be fair, it is cute.
