Motor is fast and good quality. Fits the same as OEM. Direct replacement, no issues. Use the plastic tie from the original.

I’m always nervous using non OEM parts, but I got talked into trying these when my driver side regulator went bad. Seemed to match OEM quality (good or bad), and the speed is the same. Happy with product.

A cheap plastic part of an otherwise good design failed after 17 months so I had to replace this mechanism. I gave it 4 stars because Dorman customer service was very good about replacing the failed unit. It fits and works like the factory mechanism.

There is nothing easy about having to remove and replace the window regulator on a C5 corvette. Just take your time, make sure of the alignments, check and recheck and this will work just fine. Widow operates a bit slower going up and down but nothing I would complain about.

Drivers side, went in easily but not as fast as the old right hand side so weak motor I guess.Update: After a season of use the motor seems to be working better now. Break in needed maybe? It's just as fast as the right side now. I have a Window Valet on my Vette rag top and it would not work with the old window motor because it was slower than the right side, kept stopping the closing function and dropping both windows PITA. The new one keeps time with the other side and valet function works every time now.
