We've been using these foam sheets to make cute flowers to give as gifts to family members. Me and my son have, that is. I've got some cookie cutters that imprint shapes onto the foam when they're pressed into it. We then cut out the shape and use a hole punch to make a center circle thar we slide a pipe cleaner through to make the stem for the flowers. I fold the pipe cleaner over in the center and twist the two lengths together. Another pipe cleaner to make a few leaves on the stem. Put a few together in a small vase and you've got a cute little bouquet. This foam has been a lot of fun for our crafting time at home. It's very durable without being overly thick so it's very easy to cut through with safety scissors. Great for safe crafting with the kids.

I take off a star because, if you're going to list dimensions, be correct! They are definitely 8.25" x 5.5". Be sure to notice the measurements - because that seems like a decent size, but when they arrived, they seemed small to me. Also - just for reference, I compare the thickness to about the thickness of a US quarter. Otherwise, it's great craft foam - cut and glues well, very soft, extremely bendy and pliable, soft yet bright yellow color etc.Just know what size you're getting!

I like to keep various arts and crafts supplies on hand to encourage my kids' creativity. These foam sheets are a perfect addition. They are not full size like some sheets I've had in the past, rather they are half the size of a standard 8.5x11 sheet. However, since we rarely use the regular size sheets whole but rather cut them to size as needed, these are just as good for crafting as the full size. I just wish there were more sheets in the pack or that I could buy a pack with multiple colors but otherwise these are great.

Vibrant color, decent price and works well for arts and crafts for kids since it cuts easily, even with kids scissors. Check the size, it's 1/2 of a standard sheet of paper. I also suggest a color multipack.

I got these foam sheets to keep my granddaughter busy (she's 10) - they do the job. She's currently making pencil holders out of the foam sheets (she got the idea from on-line.) They are colorful, seem to adhere well- and she enjoys making something creative.
