My 15 years old KitchenAid dishwasher is slowly leaking at the water inlet valve where the MIP elbow fitting is connected to the 3/8" stainless steel braided PEX tube. My problem is: I cannot remove the MIP elbow brass fitting from the PEX tube due to the plumber tape now frozen solid between the two connections. My solution is to remove the other end of the MIP elbow from the inlet water valve at the bottom left side of the dishwasher and the PEX tube connection under the kitchen sink to replace both of these components together in one piece.I got this dishwasher installation kit which includes a 6' stainless steel braided 3/8" PEX tube with compressed fitting at each end, adapter elbow fittings for 3/8" and 3/4" hose connections and a roll of plumber tape. The 6' braided PEX tube and the MIP elbow adapter fit my KitchenAid dishwasher perfectly. It was an easy job to remove the old fitting from the inlet water valve and the PEX tube end connection from under the kitchen sink. Replacement of these parts took less than 30 minutes. Now, no more leak, dishwasher is good to go, I am very happy.I highly recommend this dishwasher installation kit.

Using this as a warm water feed for an aftermarket bidet attachment . . . works well . . . no complaints.Seems to be well made, and comes with a few different fittings for various situations.Price is fair.

Great quality, long enough to allow movement between the valve and the dishwasher and not to mention the fact that the optional connectors allowed me to connect the hose to an unusual connector on the valve side.
