This is a really neat antenna. I like the sleek design and that it’s small. The instructions are very helpful. The trick was getting the TV to be on the antenna channel that’s needed to work with this. It really does work well though. The directions are easy to read. I actually got a lot of local channels with this, which I was very surprised with. And the picture comes across pretty clear. It does buffer here and there, but nothing too distracting. This is a really great tool and easy way to use the TV antenna for free instead of purchasing cable. I also like the cable length is very long. I also like you can use this either inside or outside. The signal strength is pretty good as well and this is a good value for the money.

All I got was 36 channels and it’s hard to find a good place to put it to get a signal you have to really move it around a lot and hope to get a good spot. If i get different results later then I will update

This digital TV antenna came with a really long cord. This is very simple to use. Tt is made out of plastic and it has a magnet in the bottom. This is easy to install, you simply screw it into the cable port on your TV and run the other end closest to outside that you can. The functionality on this is very simple although picking up the airwaves is mediocre. The signal strength that this picks up is medium and would not say this is fantastic as I feel this needs to be near a window to be able to pick up the signals.The value on this is about what you would expect to pay. This is not the best antenna that I've used and feel like this might be a little expensive for what it is.Overall this is a digital tv antenna that's very simple to use and is mediocre in its functionality. I would not feel comfortable giving my recommendation on this as I felt it did not work the best at the job it was made to do.

Ordered this to try with my Tablo DVR. I am very please with its performance, compared to some other flat antennae I have previously tried. We are about 25 miles west of New York City, so antenna reception is pretty good. This little guy picks up over 120 channels, which is great. Picture quality is excellent hi-def.The only issue I had is that reception is only good when the antenna is mounted high up on a window, which is not easy to accomplish in my home. Part of the problem is that my window trim is all wood so the magnet serves no purpose. First I tried using Alien tape but the bottom of the unit appears to be a layer of plastic (covering the magnet) and the second night I used it, that same layer came apart and the antenna came crashing down at 3am. Fortunately it survived. I finally rigged it up with the same tape and then attached some Velcro strips to the window frame to form a support "beam" across the wide bottom base (antenna hanging upside down) and that seems to have solved the problem, at least for now. Took off one star for the mounting issue, however this may not impact others, depending on location, window construction, etc. Overall I am pleased.

I've tried four different antennas over the past couple months, since we cut the cord with cable. Two of the antennas I've tried have been amplified and required they either be plugged into the USB port on the TV or a wall outlet for power. This antenna, along with another antenna I tried that is a similar style. don't have any amplification and don't require a power source, only that it be plugged into the coax port on the TV. I can say that all of the antennas work about the same. None seem to be much better than the other. I would say this one worked better than one of the amplified antennas and it's easier to use since it doesn't require any power. I like that is has a magnetic base because find that the spot where I'm using this antenna, I can attach it with the magnet. Overall, for a basic antenna, this one works well for the price.
