Ordered this for my 17 year old Samsung washer that wouldn't drain (ND error code). Part arrived the next day and was very easy to replace; except for taking apart the front of the washing machine... Up and running again!

Purchased two units, tested on the bench. One was vibrating much more than another, bearing seemed to be not as tight as the other one which I installed, Returned the other for replacement, hope it doesn't vibrate . I suggest you should order two units and check for vibration etc. I also notice that if wires are reversed, the rotation reverses, but that should not effect pump operation?

Our Samsung clothes washer stopped draining water. I used this DC31-00054A motor to replace our old motor. Used this to fix our Samsung Front Load Model Number WF209ANW/XAA 01 = see attached picture. The old motor and this new motor were exact fit. Seven-days now with this repair completed & we are so happy to have done the repair ourselves as opposed to hiring a pro or buying a new washer. Doing this motor replacement ain't easy, but it's DIY doable if you can move the washer & are able to turn a wrench or two. -xHappy with this new motor

I was ready to spend $1500 to buy a new washing machine after the dreaded ND error code popped up and my 15 year old washing machine was leaking water out the bottom. A quick YouTube video that shows the process of replacing the drain pump and this replacement part was all I needed beyond a screwdriver. 15 minutes later, my washing machine is alive once more and good to go.It looks like a daunting task, but anyone comfortable with a screwdriver can do this DIY.

This was a perfect fit and replacement. The longest part of the job for me was detaching the washer from the drawer pedestal. Make sure you take pictures of how things are before disassembly. There are more holes for screws than screws in this replacement, and you need to make sure you put them back into the right ones. Tilting the washer back and safely securing it there (my wife held it back for me), you're likely able to swap everything out by just working in the opening under the washer. It's all directly accessible. Just drain the washer first. It's a simple project to do. Make sure you've unplugged it first. I didn't have to turn off the water or disconnect hoses to do this. It was straightforward. Double-check your lineup of the new part against the washer's interface for it. It seems to want to sit off-angle unless you're really watching for that, which would have an obviously bad effect if you turned it back on that way.

My washer started making a terrible noise and then I got an ND (not draining) error message on the machine. I panicked and called a repairman and got a rough quote over the phone for close to$600!!!!! That included inspection, parts, labor and cleaning. My husband did a quick Amazon search and found this part. According to him it was a simple matter to take the old part off and put this new one on. It has been installed and works just the same as always. I have easily washed over 100 loads since it’s been repaired with no issue.My only complaint was the time it took to get here, I think close to two weeks. This was at the start of the country closing down due to covid-19 and most deliveries were delayed at that time, so that could have been why it took so long. Luckily, my mother lives close and I could use her washer to get us through, laundromats were closed at that time!
