I was hesitant to buy this quick swap style hot end for several reasons. One, because how many reviews say it's the wrong hot end for k1 max/k1. One of my other reasons was because of that 7 inch looking, triple threaded, reverse tomahawk nozzle that has half of a lightsaber sticking out of it, cost more then other nozzles.like alot of you i know enough not to get the wrong part, even if i did i could make it work. Even the wrong ones will work.i can see why it has bad reviews, the title reads; "drop-in replacement, quick swap nozzle ''. They think it means its a quick swap hot end. its scary looking with that big heat sink that don't come with the microswiss or creality replacement hot ends and if they dont take a few steps on their own, like looking at the detailed directions that comes in the box with every tool required, then they will never know that hiding behind the mo-board is that exact same heat sink with the exact same boltholes as the scary one that they are getting ready to leave bad information about. Most of these types will also vent their fustration in the review of how they were misslead, with all the bad and wrong info they leave.IT WILL FIT K1 and K1 MAX, and if you type "K1c nozzle for k1max" the first video is about 8 min long. soon as i seen what side he tackled it from, i went ahead on my own and had it swapped out before the video was over.(using my own tools, not the ones they sent or their directions. I did look at them afterward.) The lightsaber part of the nozzle actually replaces 2 inches of the blue Capricorn tube, don't forget to pull it out, use a small torqs with light side and down pressure. i think this is why the difference in noticeable right away, more even heat, and faster to hear up and cool down when starting. These new nozzles are made to last, i bought .2 .6 and the .8, yes for more $ but after seeing what a difference it made in my prints, Ive found peace with it, contingent on finding .3 .5 and 1mm sizes later on.So yes, overall I'm glad I bought it, what a shame it would have been if I took the words of some of the reviews serious.it WILL fit your k1 if you haven't changed it and are buying the hot end this review complements. so far 5 PRINTS IN using creality carbon fiber pla for 4 , and one with NNB, ASA. its my top choice hot end for my k1 max, and I've tried them all.

This was my 2nd one of these print heads. After only 1 day of printing the screws holding the hot end to the upper part of the unit stripped and the head fell off causing the print t fail and damage to the build plate. The First one I purchased printed several prints perfectly. Then one day I noticed a extreme amount of PLA build up around the Ceramic heater. This why I had to purchase the other one.

It's a direct replacement and works great on my E3V3Plus printers. It doesn't mention it in the description, but the package includes replacement screws you need to attach it to the heat break - very much appreciated as one of my original screws was stripped trying to get it out.

Went to change the nozzle and a screw fell out. Simple fix right? Nope. I don't think it was ever tight to begin with as it was stripped and won't tighten back up. Should have just spent the money on a flowtech. If I replace it I will have spent the same amout as I would have if I just bought the flowtech to begin with. Customer service is a joke. Can't even get a response. Well lesson learned.Update. Seller reached out and refunded my money since I bought another one already. It does work. Others have had the same issue (youtube it) and you have to be very very careful when changing nozzle. Changed to 3 stars instead of 1

If you own an Ender 3 KE and you’re not thrilled with its stock hotend, this upgrade is a must-have. For the price, the Ceramic Heating Block Kit with the Quick-Swap Nozzle Kit is an absolute game-changer.Performance Improvements:• Cleaner, More Reliable Prints: Right out of the box, this kit drastically improved the quality of my prints. Even with its budget-friendly price tag, the difference in performance is night and day.• Supports High Temperatures: With support for up to 300°C, it opens the door for more filament options, and the 600mm/s high-speed printing capability is a bonus if you’re looking to crank out prints faster without sacrificing quality.• No More Fails: Since installing this, I haven’t had a single stupid fail. (You know the kind I’m talking about—mid-print spaghetti disasters or inconsistent layers.) It’s a relief to start a print and feel confident it’ll actually finish successfully.Ease of Use:• Quick-Swap Nozzle Kit: The ease of changing nozzles is a huge plus. Whether you’re switching sizes or dealing with a clog, it’s no longer a headache. Why It’s Worth It:The stock hotend that came with my Ender 3 KE? Straight to the trash. This upgrade not only improved the quality of my prints but also gave me peace of mind. Knowing I can trust my printer to deliver consistent results makes this one of the best investments I’ve made for my setup.Final Thoughts:For anyone struggling with the stock hotend on their Ender 3 KE, don’t think twice—just get this kit. It’s a budget-friendly upgrade that punches way above its price point. Highly recommend!
