So disappointed with this pool cleaner, because I really wanted to love it and it’s not a bad product. So why 1 star? First, the instruction manual is difficult to understand, and the troubleshooting section tells you what could be wrong but not what all of the blinking light and beep combinations mean. Second, the only way to reach the company is via an Outlook.com email address. They don’t even have a website or phone number. Third, they don’t respond to that email address. I’ve been waiting three days for an answer to a very simple question. They’ll probably never get back to me.The design of the product is impressive, but there’s no way you’re going to get the advertised 150 minutes of battery life out of it. More like 45 minutes, unless maybe I got a defective one. Either way, I can’t trust the Starrybot company. I’m going to return this.

I previously wrote a bad review on this product, I shouldn't have. They should tell you in the instruction manual to charge for the day. I originally charged it for 12 hours and put it in pool and it went 3 ft and stopped. So, I get pissed printed out the return slip and made a bad review. Prior to returning I decided to charge for a Full Day....boom it worked like a charm. Actually, worked great. They SHOULD MAKE IT REALLY CLEAR to charge originally for a really long time to avoid bad feedback. I really like the product glad I gave it a second chance. Also, the port that you plug in will allow you to insert in both directions..........but it will only charge in one direction. Look at the connection and you can see this pen that is indented in port. Again, great product they just need to be clearer on directions to avoid issues. It's picked up all kinds of debris......best bang for the buck

I’ve used the Starrybot Cordless Robotic Pool Vacuum twice so far, and I’m pretty happy with how well it cleans. It picks up a lot of dirt and leaves the pool looking nice and clear.I really like that it’s cordless—makes it way easier to deal with. That said, taking it apart to clean is a bit of a hassle, and putting it back together isn’t the most intuitive. I also wish the battery lasted a little longer, especially if you’ve got a bigger pool.Even with those minor annoyances, it does a solid job. Definitely a good option if you want something that actually cleans well without all the cords.

Don’t waste your time with this. Look at other reviews of the same product here and you will see how bad it actually is. Mine wouldn’t even charge. I left it on the charger for an hour and also used several outlets and not even the charging indicating light would come on.

fantastic! It does a great job of picking up leaves and fine dirt, leaving my pool spotless. It does struggle a little with larger debris like twigs, but overall, I’m very happy with it. Set-up was super straightforward, and I barely have to supervise it. It works equally well in both above-ground and in-ground pools, and navigates corners and slopes without any issues.
