The Amazon listing header says "420RPM", while the first line of the description says, "1.Strong magnetic motor, with a maximum speed of up to 200rpm.". So, the first order of business was to establish how fast this turns. For this my plan was to use an regular aircraft propeller tach I had handy, then make a propeller out of an ice cream bar stick. I used this electric drill and 2.5mm drill bit to first make the hole in the stick. I chucked the bit in and started drilling the hole through the thin wood stick. The bit stopped and slipped in the chuck as it was almost through the hole. I stopped immediately - no damage or scoring on parts, so tightened the chuck down and tried again - it slipped some more. I was ready for it and again stopped immediately and tightened it as much as I felt prudent doing without risking damage to the mechanism (or my fingers) and tried again applying minimal pressure to the bit - success! On to the speed test:Rotation speed measured 426RPM - close enough. The 200RMP in the listing description is wrong. However, my testing pointed out that this drill is not suitable for drilling tough materials. The bits themselves are very sharp, that's not the problem. However, the shank of the bit is hardened tool steel, the chuck collet is brass, and the knurled "chuck" nut is fairly small and steel. This combination makes it difficult for the tool to securely hold the drill bit and keep it from slipping. On a regular full-size drill, often the chuck end of the drill bit will be annealed softer steel so the chuck can more securely grasp the bit so as to prevent slippage and spinning. That's not going to happen here. Note the included hex shank driver bits all fit into the female hex of the driver shaft - no slippage or problem. The driver gets some plusses: No load driver speed is 420RPM, that doesn't change with settings. The setting only affect how much torque is applied before the motor stops and the LED light flashes on settings 1, 2, and 3 only. On settings 4 and "drill", the motor will stall, but not turn off and the LED won't flash. So, my recommendation would be to normally use 1 - 3 setting for the screwdriver functions, then tighten or loosen the rest of the way by hand as needed. The folded instructions will not fit in the case, too thick and wide. About 45% of the instructions are devoted to "Safety and Don't do's", the actual instructions are mostly adequate, though those related to using the magnetizing/demagnetizing feature are a bit lacking - they mention "arrows" showing direction, but I can't see any arrows on the diagram or product. There is no mention of the auto-torque shut down on settings 1, 2, & 3, nor its absence on setting 4 & "drill". The case design and packaging are excellent. Most everything is magnetically held in place, save for the two brass collets and the motor unit itself - which is held in place by spring tension to make for a solid reliable charging connection - the motor unit must be in the case to charge via the USB-C connection. Charging status LEDs are on the case. Conclusion: This is a good tool if you are aware of its limitations going in. It's a handy little drill for light duty, easy drilling and a solid little screwdriver too. Absent the foibles, especially drill bit slippage, it would handily rate 4 to 5 stars.

This kit comes completely enclosed in a beautiful metallic matt blue aluminum case with black ends. On one end is a USB-C charging port, 4 LED charging indicator lights, and a ½” diameter red button. Depressing the red button retracts two hidden locking lugs which allows the spring-loaded black plastic inner tray to pop out, revealing a beautifully laid out double sided tool holder. The drill-driver itself is held securely in the tool holder by a clever spring lock arrangement; simply push the drill-driver toward its collet end to release. (There is an arrow molded into the black tray indication the direction, but it is invisible unless the light is just right). The nine drill and thirty-nine driver bits are held in place magnetically. Each bit is snugly nestled in its labeled groove, yet is easily removed by pressing on the tip end to rock the opposite end up for easy grasping. Every driver bit is also labeled with its tip type and size on one flat of its hexagonally shaped shank. The close-fitting aluminum case ensures that, no matter how rough the ride in your tool bag or box, each bit will be in its correct location and orientation the next time you slide the inner tray out to use the tool. There was no perceptible runout on unused drill bits, but due to their extremely small size, they are easily bent, which would cause them to wobble. (This is an application/user problem, not a tool problem.) There is a slight wobble with the driver bits due to the tolerances between the driver bits and the hex opening in the drill-driver’s shaft. It would have been nice if the kit had included a collet that would tighten on the driver bits to increase concentricity, but I did not find the wobble to be excessive when using the tool. The drill driver has five torque settings (called “Gear setting” in the instructions) ranging from 0.05 Nm to 0.1 Nm, or 0.44 in lb. to 0.88 in lb. torque. These are very low torques for very small applications, such as the screws in your iPhone, android phone, watches, tablets, and the like. This is not a tool designed or intended for your home improvement projects. There is an LED light in the tip of the drill-driver which comes on when operating, or can be turned on using the multi-function button on the rear of the device. This multi-function button is also used to select the desired torque.Since it is not in the listing, I have compiled a list of the included bits for your convenience:Phillips: PH0000, PH000, PH00, PH0, PH1, PH2;Tri Point (Y-shape): Y0.6, Y1.0, Y2.0, Y2.5, Y1;Slotted: SL1.0, SL1.5, SL2.0, SL2.5, SL3.0, SL3.5;Hex: H0.7, H0.0, H1.0, H1.5, H2.5, H3.0;Torx: T2, T3, T4;Security Torx (with a hole): T5H, T6H, T7H, T9H, T15H;Pentalobe (5-point star): P2, P5;Robertson (Square): S0;Triangle/TA: 2.3;Spanner(U-shape): U2.0, U2.6;Misc: 0.8 (needle), W1.5;Drill Bits: 0.8, 1.0, 1.2, 1.6, 1.8, 2.0

Someone said the magnet wouldn't keep the bits in , look In the tray you can make it stronger or demagnatize it. Works great. I'm disabled with one working arm and opperat it just fine. Thank You.
