This microphone was on sale when I bought it, around $35 USD, which is an amazing deal. The build quality of the microphone is great from what I can tell. It's a solid metal chassis with a matte black finish on top of it which makes it feel that little bit more polished. The dials for the gain and for the audio are a little bit on the cheaper end, but they aren't bad by any means. It might also be because they click in as buttons, which is another nice part about it. The design is super simplistic and isn't to the point of being over simplified.Moving on from the build quality, the actual sound of the microphone is nice as well. The sampling rate can go up to 24bit , 192kHz, which sounds really nice and high end. It isn't the easiest to explain how different the quality sounds from just text alone, but you can tell the difference compared to a lower end microphone. This microphone has 4 different modes, with their own sound "profiles". The main one that most people will use is the very far left one, as it is the one that solos out your voice the most. The second one is more for podcasters, as it captures audio from the front and back of the microphone, great for two people. The third profile is for stereo recording, giving you that left and right audio control if that is something you are interested in. Finally, the last profile captures audio from all directions, maybe intended for a group of people. To connect the microphone, it comes with a USB-C to USB-A cable. I accidentally broke it, trying to figure out how I can position the mic, though I blame myself, not the cable. More or less it was my fault as I wasn't really paying attention or realizing that the cable was at an angle. Anyways, because the connector is USB-C, it was easy to just use another cord. The other port on the bottom is a headphone jack which allows you to hear yourself along with the audio from your desktop, which can be a bit trippy, but it is a nice feature to have, especially for music production or recording.Overall, this microphone is a solid purchase, even at its normal price of $175 USD. The audio quality is great, the build quality is solid, and has a nice look and feel to it. This is a purchase I have not regretted and I am glad that I bought this microphone.
