This is the best! I use other Clever Fox items especially the Pro Planner . The Inner Peace Journal is so easy to work through, has plenty of space to include all my thoughts and has a great beginning section that leads you through where you are now and where you would like to be. The paper and binding are excellent quality - a joy to use. I will be giving this as a gift to friends.

This has been a good journal so far, the prompted questions all seem to be inspiring and help you think, the design and layout is overall very pleasant. The journal itself is high quality, giving you three built in book markers.

First impression is the beautiful hard cover! Feels like leather and quality made. I love that it has 3 satin ribbons attached to use as your bookmarker, because there are weekly exercises and 7 days of writing intention, goals, etc. There are so many areas for reflections and intentions and plenty of space to write it. I like the daily quotes on the top of the page. The lines are light which to me is better since it won’t make it look cluttered when writing stuff in. Highly recommend!

This large (7"×10") colorful mental health journal stands a head above other gratitude journals and the like. This journal comes with a how-to guide, daily structured prompts (all the same), and weekly reflection exercises (all unique). The prompts cover intentions, gratitude, reflection on feelings, as well as little wins. The weekly activities are quite varied, from designing your own hierarchy of needs to coloring to reflecting on who in your life would be in your hall of fame. I am enjoying this so far and the weekly activities will hopefully keep it from feeling repetitive. The notebook is made of great quality materials. I got the Turquoise one and it's really beautiful. The cover is smooth, the pages are thick and some have really cool artworks. I love the three generous bookmarks with different color tones, they make it easier to mark and remember the pages. The stickers are also really cute and the funny ones give me a chuckle.This journal is thought provoking, but writing and answering the prompts don't feel like a burden. It has helped me calm down, reflect on things and practice mindfulness. The healing part is a long journey, but I hope I get there too with a little help from this journal.  This is a very worthy investment in yourself and it is also something you'd be proud to gift to someone you care about.

I have come to rely upon the high quality of Clever Fox journals. This is the first time I have purchased one of a slightly larger size and one that is not just blank dot grid, and it does not disappoint. This Inner Peace journal includes some assessments and thought-provoking exercises in the very beginning to help you get started. Then, there are undated pages meant to be used one side per day. Each daily page is the same except for a unique inspirational quote at the top. The pages have space for gratitude, intentions, short term goals and rewards, feelings check-ins, journaling, overall mood, and documenting what your strongest feeling was of the day and what caused it. After 7 daily pages, there is a different exercise, each covering a different theme and with different activities and styles involved. At the very end, there is one page to reflect on your journaling experience and one to write a letter to your future self. I wish the assessments at the beginning were repeated at the end for comparison purposes, but there are some blank pages I intend to use for that purpose. The journal itself is a beautiful quality with a sturdy hard cover, an expanding paper pocket in the back, two ribbon bookmarks and an elastic closure; these are all the same quality as every other Clever Fox journal I've purchased. I am looking forward to completing this guided journal experience.
