The product ordered arrived in a timely manner; well packaged and as described. My highest praise, however, goes directly to the customer service I received when trying to resolve an issue resulting from an error I had made. I spoke with James on the phone and he was polite and patient. He figured out how to resolve my issue with the best of outcomes and I am very grateful for his time and help. I recommend AAdvanced Instruments without reservation and will certainly order from them again if the need arises.

I bought these Prep TLC plates to separate 3 similar compounds. The compounds, in many solvent mixtures, were nearly impossible to separate. However, one solvent mixture managed to separate them sufficiently using an analytical TLC plate from Sigma Aldrich. The Prep TLC plates from AAdvanced Instruments provided comparable resolution when compared to the plates from Sigma and allowed for the isolation of the desired compound. I am impressed by the Prep Plates and will likely make a future purchase. My only complaint is that some of the plates were chipped along the edges and contained some imperfections in the silica layer. They did not effect my purposes, though. Overall, I am very pleased.
