It folds nicely and does the job. These are not reflecting to light, so the do heat up a bit but they work fine.

This arrived folded up very compactly, packed in bag made from the same fabric. I can fold this back into a small size but not small enough to reuse that bag. It has an attached elastic loop which holds it together when folded. It had a strong musty odor so I left it sitting open in my garage to air out.Dimensions are listed as 57 × 32 inches. That is close. The width is actually a little narrower on the top edge, 53" and just short of 57" width along the bottom. The height was very close to 32". Just notice there's about a 1" border of fabric all the way around before the inserted wire, which is what provides the support to give this sun shade it's shape, so you lose a cpl inches all around with the floppy fabric.This is the best sized shade I have currently found for my Chrysler Pacifica van. It is only about 1.5" too narrow It's hard to search for the perfect one because descriptions generally name car models not simply the finished sizes. And my car model is not one of the most popular ones.I love the velcro straps that are attached so this can be secured around the rear view mirror. That is very helpful in holding the whole shade in place.I added 2 more pieces of elastic, one to each side along the top edge close to the corners so I can slide those over my visors for extra help holding the shade in place. It seems like it would stay without those, but because I live in FL and the sun gets so intense, I figured more help just in case wouldn't hurt. These are just made of a tightly woven yet thin fabric. They are not lined with any thick foam or other material. All the support comes from the inserted wire which runs all the way around the outer edges.It is easy to pop open and install, and easy to fold up to store. The coverage is the best I have currently found for this van. The price is good. The silver definitely reflects the sunlight and some heat. I do not know if a thicker sunshade would keep the car much cooler than this one or not. I would guess maybe so, but without finding one that covers most of my windshield I can't test them.

This windshield cover is well made. It's all one peace that has straps across the top to attach it to the rear view mirror. On the inside is a second layer that helps to keep sun out as well. It's easy to put into the windshield. I would buy this again if I ever needed to.
