How to Program your CAR Key Fob Replacement:
Press each button on the remote 26 times (lock x 26, unlock x 26, horn x26) then attempt the steps outlined belo.
1. Close all doors on the vehicle.
2. Then insert key into the ignition.
3. Press and hold the power UNLOCK button on driver’s side door panel. Do not release until instructed to do so in step 5.
4. Quickly turn the ignition ON, OFF, ON, OFF. (ON is the position just before of starting your vehicle, OFF is the position whereyou can
pull your key out of the ignition)
5. Release the power unlock button on the driver’s side door panel. The vehicle should respond by locking and unlocking automatically.
6. Hold the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons on the remote at the same time until door locks cycle again. This could take up to 30 seconds.
7. NOW repeat step 6. for all additional remotes including working ones.
8. TURN ignition to ON to exit programming mode.

Got this for my 03 Chevy avalanche the web site said you can't program it your self for the avalanche but you can easy how to do videos on YouTube. Do not go to a lock smith the one I called was going to charge $30 to program it. He probably knew you could do it your self

This took five minutes to program the pair in my 2005 silverado. They program byClose All Doors CLOSE all doors.Close All DoorsCLOSE all doors.Enter Programming Mode – Step 1INSERT key into the Ignition (DO NOT TURN).Enter Programming Mode – Step 2PRESS and HOLD the power UNLOCK button on the Driver’s side door. DO NOT release until instructed.Enter Programming Mode – Step 3TURN the Ignition ON, OFF, ON, OFF(ON is the position just shy of cranking the engine and OFF is where you can remove your key).Enter Programming Mode – Step 4RELEASE the power UNLOCK button on the Driver’s side door.Upon release of the UNLOCK button, the vehicle should respond by cycling the door locks LOCK / UNLOCK signaling successful entry into Programming Mode.a. IF the door locks cycle, continue to Step 6. If the door locks cycle BEFORE releasing the UNLOCK button, the vehicle has NOT entered Programming Mode and you must RETURN to Step 1.b. Title says it all. I'm not sure why but I was unable to get this remote to sync with my car. I don't know the cause so it's tough for me to say how good it would've been. Looks just like any other generic key fob. Battery included...price seems reasonable (if it works for you).

Finally replaced my 15 year old key fob for my 2007 GMC Sierra 1500 Classic. I'm actually surprised this new one worked! BUT, you have to follow the instructions in one of the product photos since it didn't come with any instructions or other paperwork. They really should've included some info. Even the business card that came with the product didn't mention anything on how to locate the instructions ... Oh well, at least I figured it out and it actually works.

There are simple programming videos you can find online. I tried following the link provided and that took me to another link and I just gave up didn't want to catch a virus. So just searched programming remote for my vehicle description and easy to follow along video popped up. The distance it works from is a little better than my 20 year old remote that came with truck.
