I wanted a small stove to just be able to boil water for coffee instead of having to pull out the big camping stove. Our camping stove and our 17inch blackstone griddle we use for camping use propane so I didn't want any other type of stove that needed something different. Perfect for our needs!

The true test of little stoves like this is can they "idle"?. The answer is YES! The stove fit onto a 1 lb propane bottle, the legs of the stand flipped out and away we went. There is a bale which attaches to the stove, you may have to turn the pot supports around a little to get it in. Valve action was good, you could easily adjust flame height. Definitely going into my boat box for fishing. Few things beat a hot cup of coffee on a cold river bank.

This is my second burner that's in this style. So easy to use and pack away. Dead simple to use and heats very fast. Too large for backpacking, but way better than a little backpacking stove. THe flame is consistent and the burner is well made and works great. Just screw it on top of a 1lb tank and you'll be king of the camp site! The base is pretty good, but I often just a small hole to set the tank down into, that way I save the space on packing the base along too.

This portable camping stove has been a fantastic addition to my gear. It’s lightweight and compact, which makes it easy to pack for backpacking or quick camping trips. The setup is intuitive, and the foldable base gives it surprising stability, even on uneven ground. The single burner provides a strong, adjustable flame that’s great for everything from boiling water to cooking a full meal. It heats quickly and evenly, which is a big plus when you’re out in the wild and want your food ready fast.Overall, I’m really happy with its performance. It’s held up well after multiple uses and feels reliable for both emergency situations and casual outdoor cooking. Just remember it doesn’t come with fuel, so grab a small propane canister before heading out.

I'd categorize this a midrange option somewhere between true backpacking vs. car camping standards.I ordered this camping stove with the intention to take it backpacking, as it's smaller than the two other camping stoves I have that come in carrying cases. If you're looking to shave off ounces & are super economical about what weight you're bringing, there are more compact & lighter options out there (ie: JetBoil or Fire Maple). However, with that having been said: This can still fit in my backpack easily and it's more compact than the single and double burner stoves that I already have for car camping. The stove works as intended and the construction is of good quality. The base has foldable fins that provide excellent support when extended - this won't fall down or get knocked over easily when those are out!So is this the lightest setup? No. Is the value good for the money? Absolutely. Do I mind the small amount of extra weight? I don't, because slightly lighter/smaller setups can be flimsy and tip over with less support. I'm not trying to start any forest fires, so I'll take the additional weight! I also go backpacking with my spouse who can assist with weight overload, so we can afford the additional ounces. We have a foldable camping pot that is also somewhat compact and can be paired with this setup. If you're a single backpacker looking for the lightest option out there, I'd try something else.

Excellent single burner unit that hooks onto a 1-lb propane tank. It has a base with four fold out flaps to increase the stability of the base and hence the unit. Good range of flame setting from very low to high. The corner is large enough to hold small pots comfortably and stably. It reaches high enough so placing it on the ground is high enough to cook when sitting on a stool. It is light weight and portable. Well made and sturdy. Excellent all around.

Very well made and sturdy. It is much nicer than I had expected. Fits easily into a hiking backpack. Connects easily to the propane tank. Perfect addition to my camping gear collection. Good value for the money.
