Originating in the dry regions of South Africa, The Dwarf Jade, or ‘Elephant bush’, is a succulent plant, which explains its ability to store water for a long time. It is a very undemanding plant, well suited for individuals who travel often or who are prone to forget to water their plants. Thick, round, dark green leaves sit atop fleshy stems and branches, beautifully contrasting against the thick upright trunk. Though jade plants can grow to heights of 10 feet tall in their native habitat, it is an ideal bonsai for a beginner; This beautiful plant is easy to care for and will be a thing of beauty for years to come. Each live plant is shipped with the phytosanitary certificate as required by the USDA.

Beautiful tree. Great condition. Wish you wouldn't pack it full of packing peanuts, it was hard to get them out.

Arrived fast, and packaging was not bad, so I don't know why the plant looks like it's dying on 70%. I don't know if that's the way it was sent or shipping plants in not a good idea. Anyways, will take care of it hopefully it survives.

All I can say is that we were surprised at how good a bargain this tree was. You can tell that the company takes care in the packing and pride in their work. Ours was a little over 12inches and looks fantastic. It has found a home near a window and looks good.

I own probably 20-39 Dwarf jades of all sizes and have shopped in countless stores.I never thought to buy my starter bonsai trees on amazon but I gave it a shot and it was worth it.I ordered 7 and I got 7 great starter bonsai trees at a great size for a great price and they came super healthy. The packaging was perfect.

It’s amazing to me that these can be shipped in such great condition! The size of this little tree is such a good value compared to what they cost, if you can find them, in big box store nurseries. I’m very pleased!

I received one very healthy 6 year old plant. Very well packaged. It is doing very well and growing strong after repotting . I was very surprised that it sold as a small plant but is listed as 6 yrs. old and was definitely large size, 12 inches tall with great branching. I would not hesitate to order from this company again.
