Worked perfectly on my 1988 V6 Automatic 4runner with the not stock radiator.I had already replaced the radiator with OSC Cooling Products 50 New Radiatorhttps://www.amazon.com/dp/B001KRD57M/ref=cm_sw_r_other_apa_i_SE4hEb0K5D3X7The holes are spaced differently than the stock shroud.Pics show side by side old and new.
