This is the worst product I've ever bought. The box was torn as if it was dropped. It was taped up.When I plugged it in, it made a loud noise and wouldn't suction the water. Cheaply made from China. I'm returning it and spending the $$ I wasted on this garbage on a Brio. This is definitely a "you get what you pay for" moment.

The unique lower water loading design makes it easy to change bucket. The bottom load feature is particularly convenient, as I no longer must lift a heavy jug to refill it.

It did not work at all. Horrible. Super light and flimsy. We sent it back.
