Great bottle warmer. Just like with any bottle warmer, bottle sterilizer, formula dispenser machines I’ve used with my 5 children they all recommend distilled water. This bottle warmer is easy to use and heats up a bottle in just a few minutes. It has a sterilizer function which makes it easily to sterilize my baby’s pacifiers and teethers without having to use the dishwasher. I love the auto shut off so I don’t have to worry about the bottle being too hot when I get distracted taking care of my baby. Overall it’s a great quality bottle warmer that functions well and has a lot of warming options.

I tired it with tap water in a small bottle it takes about 5 minutes to reach about 138 F inside while water temp is about 163. It for sure kills all the bacteria since the holding time is more than 30 seconds once heated up. It heating the upper portion of the bottle with the steam. Good give away breastmilk bag and cleaning tool. It works well as intended. Manufacturer recommends use distilled water but I use tap water as way for this time.

The instructions for the bottle warmer are not well written, thankfully it is pretty easy to figure out.Unfortunately, they reccommend using *only* distilled water in it, which I don't remember seeing on the description page. If I would have known that I'm not sure I would have chosen this model. Even then, it requires pretty regular descaling to keep it functioning properly.The warmer is easy enough to use, and it does fit all our bottles. It can also warm baby food, but it takes half an hour so doesn't seem worthwhile.The accessories that come with the bottle warmer are of poor quality--the brush especially is pretty worthless. Not sure I'd trust the the milk storage bags either.Overall it does its job but not exactly what I was looking for and I really feel like they should have been more specific on the item description page if you need to purchase specific items to use it.

Comes with milk bags and bottle brush, nice extras I wasn't expecting. The heater itself feels well built and easy to operate. While it doesn't have an auto-lift feature, the heating basket with handle is easy to remove bottles and bags from the water. It easily handled my Philips Avent glass and plastic bottles and did fit frozen milk bags with a little help at the corners. Heating was quick and thorough. Nice to be able to sterilize a bottle when on the road and don't have access to a dishwasher.

Sometimes it barely warms the bottle, and other times it makes it scalding hot. There’s no temperature control at all. I’m worried it might burn my baby.
