We make our own Kombucha and natural soda water in bottes that have a mechanical seal. These bottle brushes work great for washing our bottles after use to accept the new batch of liquids we are making.

This bottle brush fits perfectly in the olive oil bottle that I have. The opening is approximately an inch. The brush looks bigger and you wouldn't think it would fit but it does .. easily.

These are basically your typical bottle brush you find at most homebrew stores and/or comes with a lot of start kits but with an added plastic handle. That handle I think is what gives them a slight bit of extra reach vs the ones with a pure wire handle. The handle is thick and feels like it will stand up to repeated usage. The extra reach is perfect for larger bottles like wine and 22oz beer bottles. I find these are nicer to use than my the wire handle version, especially on larger bottles, as you can maintain your grip on the brush while cleaning the bottle. With the wire handle brush I felt like I would have to rely on my finger tips to be able to clean larger bottles which impacted my ability to apply pressure to the brush. These are a nice improvement to that, but otherwise they have roughly the same cleaning ability. I would certainly recommend these over your standard bottle brush.

These are nice and long, they do fit in a narrow wine bottle opening and go to the bottom. What I don’t like is that the bristles are sparse and especially sparse on the end, there are very few bristles on the end, so cleaning the bottom of bottles is not really possible as they are. I solved this by bending the end and then I was able to reach the bottom and the handle still reached. They are be bendable and flexible so you can contour them as needed. One is little wider than the other with longer bristles. They got the job done, just wish they had more bristles.
