How Do I Unlock My Phone?
Plan ahead! Follow these steps to get your phone unlocked. Once that's done, we'll handle the rest.
1. Pay off your phone in your current carrier’s app or website.
2. Confirm your phone is unlocked. Check your previous carrier’s unlock policies online.
3. If your phone is paid off but still locked, contact your previous carrier.
How Do I Port My Number?
You’ll need the following info from your current carrier to transfer your number to Boost Mobile:
· Account number
· Account owner’s name
· Account billing address
· Current carrier
· Number transfer PIN (port-out PIN)
· Phone number
