I bought this with the intention of using it with an air compressor on bicycle presta valves. This adapter is just a pump head with a brass Schrader valve glued onto the hose barb fitting. My air compressor inflator tool just clips on which allows this to free spin, so it might work better or be less cumbersome with thread on inflators. The presta fitting does not leak at all and the lever holds it firm to the valve stem. My only concern would be how long the glue last over time before the brass Schrader valve comes off. For the price this may be a solution for your unique application, as the value is fair.
