Worked perfectly for almost two weeks and now the battery won't charge!!! No number listed for contacting customer support. Says they have one but doesn't list any contact information!!! Will be sending back if unable to resolve.

So I'm not very handy and our gate broke and my neighbor who is found this and I bought it. He's a good guy and installed it for me and it's working even better than my last one. Came with all the parts needed and he installed it with no issues. My neighbor actually wound up buying one for himself as his was getting a little older. That's high praise indeed.

What a good quality gate opener. My gate is about 800lbs and there is a small uphill climb. This gate opener worked very well. It did the job without batting an eye. Good speed and control of the gate. If you are in the market for a chain style, don't hesitate, this works great! I'm very pleased with my purchase.
