How to measure your handlebar size:
- Check the diameter of the original stem, choose the same size as the original diameter.
- Measure the outside diameter of the handlebar with caliper or ruler.

Helped reposition my handle bars to a more comfortable riding stance. No complaints from me. Easy to fit, just needed extra spacers for the stem, due to tolerances against my original.

Excellent quality. Weighs a little more than my stock Giant contact stem but I had to do something to help my back. I'm 6'2 and was really feeling pain in my lower back after 12k or so of trail riding resulting in quitting early. Ran out of spacer height with my steer tube so I came across this 45° stem and it's great. The height increase helps my back considerably. I sacrifice a little ease when climbing steep inclines, and find that I have to really shift my weight to the front of the bike more than before but downhill is a breeze now that I gained probably 2" rise in the bars. Exceptional product.....glad I bought it, works very well and I highly recommend for taller riders!

Avevo fort dolori sia al polso che alla schiena a fine uscita . Questi pochi cm hanno risolto egregiamente. Facile il montaggio. Unica attenzione che se è vero che si scarica il polso e la schiena, si sovraccarica un pò il fondo schiena soprattutto in uscite un pò più lunghe.

Not the lightest stem for sure, but it is aluminum and not as heavy as a steel stem. Looks burly, seems sturdy and brought my bars back where I needed them.Make sure you have enough steerer tube left. This was taller than my other stem and I had to move the star fangled nut.

Gute Qualität des Vorbaus. Keine Ahnung, warum sogenannte Qualitätsproduktie das Dreifache kosten sollen. Aber auch hier gilt: wer lesen kann ist klar im Vorteil. Die Befestigungsschrauben müssen nicht "festgeknallt" werden. Das Vorderrad hat sowieso einen Nachlauf, deswegen genügen wirklich die 9N (gefühlt fast nichts).Dieser erste Vorbau war für mein Mountainbike.Der zweite ist gerade auf dem Weg zu mir (Rennrad)
